Focus of the Week: Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs

We all have limiting beliefs—those subconscious thoughts that quietly tell us we’re not good enough, not capable, or don’t deserve the life we desire. These beliefs can hold us back, even when we’re working hard toward our goals.

This week, I challenge you to identify a limiting belief that has been holding you back. Write it down, and then ask yourself: “Is this really true? Or is this a story I’ve been telling myself?” Often, just bringing these beliefs to light is the first step toward releasing them.

Visualization Practice: The Belief Rewiring Exercise

Find a quiet space where you can sit undisturbed for a few minutes. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Visualize the limiting belief as a chain around your heart or mind. Imagine yourself gently removing the chain, piece by piece, until you are free.

Then, replace the belief with an empowering one. For example, if you’ve believed, “I’m not good enough,” replace it with, “I am capable and deserving of every good thing.” Visualize this new belief as a golden light filling your entire body.

Manifestation Inspiration: It Starts with a Shift

I once believed that success was reserved for others—people who had more experience, better connections, or just “luck.” When I realized that belief was holding me back, I started intentionally reprogramming my thoughts. By replacing doubt with confidence, I not only changed my mindset but also opened the doors to opportunities I’d never dreamed possible.

If I’m experiencing a lot of doubt about something I write an affirmation, sometimes 50-100 times on a piece of paper then repeat it verbally throughout my week.
